Its time to start having some direction ! its time to stop over complicating training. Training should be simple, fun and realistic.

The 30 day challenge can be completed by anyone, anywhere, anytime!

February rules

Rules will change every month.

MINIMUM 6 ACTIVE SESSIONS.
MONDAY -SATURDAY STEPS 8,000
SUNDAY STEPS 12,500
ONLY 1 CHET DAY - NEXT DAY YOU MUST DO 15,000 STEPS.
ONLY 1 DRINK SESSION - NEXT DAY YOU MUST TRAIN.
NO FAST FOOD.
NO ALCOHOL.
NO CARBS AFTER 3 PM. ( MON-SAT )
RICE, WHITE POTATOES OR SWEET POTATOES ALLOWED ALL DAY SUNDAY, OTHER CARBS STOP AT 3PM.
NO PASTA, NO BREAD AND NO DAIRY AT ALL.
NO FIZZY DRINKS, SQUASH OR JUICES.
ZERO SUGAR SQUASH OR FLAVOURED WATER IS ALLOWED.
NO OIL TO COOK FOOD .
NO REFINED SUGAR, SWEETS OR SNACKS.
NO PROTEIN BARS.
NO MORE THAN TWO PIECES OR PORTIONS OF FRUIT A DAY.
